谓坦诚耿直的人做事勇于承担自己的责任，不昧着良心把自己的责任推给别人。马烽、西戎《吕梁英雄传》第六十四回：“好汉作事好汉当，决不连累你们。”周立波《山乡巨变》十：“说是我们，其实只有我一人。好汉做事好汉当，我不牵连别的人。”
