没齿无怨

终身不说报怨的话。指绝无怨言。没齿：终身。

没齿无怨mò chǐ wú yuàn

never complain all one’s life; not utter a murmuring word to the end of one’s life
❍ 或问管仲，曰：“人也，夺伯氏骈邑三百，饭疏食，没齿无怨言。” (《论语·宪问》) He asked about Guan Zhong.“For him，” said the Master，“the city of Bian,with three hundred families,was taken from the chief of the Bo family,who did not utter a murmuring word,though to the end of his life,he had only coarse rice to eat.”

〔述补〕 没齿，终身。一辈子都不怨恨，不后悔。张平《抉择》：“正是他们终日辛劳，～地养活了自己，而自己却反过来沽名钓誉假仁假义要救济他们！”
