只看见东西而看不见人。谓只强调物质条件而忽视人的主观能动作用。李云德《沸腾的群山》第一部·十四：“在管理和施工方法上基本上是照搬资本主义企业那一套，见物不见人，忽视群众的作用，只谈管理监督，没考虑政治思想工作；……”
